What is your return policy for custom-painted helmets?
While standard models can be returned within 30 days, custom-painted or personalized helmets are final sale due to their unique nature. However, if there is a manufacturing defect, we will provide a full replacement or repair.
How should I clean and maintain my helmet's finish?
We recommend using a microfiber cloth and specialized helmet cleaner or mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals or petroleum-based products, as these can damage the protective integrity of the shell and the quality of the paint.
Can I swap the interior padding for a better fit?
